The Bull City Has The Blues!
The Bull Durham Blues Festival is North Carolina’s largest celebration of the blues. The two-day outdoor event—September 7 and 8—features local, regional and nationally acclaimed blues artists and draws thousands of fans from across the country. Featured artists have included Buddy Guy, KoKo Taylor, Bo Diddley, Taj Mahal, Etta James, Dr. John, Clarence Carter, Keb’ Mo’, Bobby “Blue” Bland, Ruth Brown, and many others. Now in its fourteenth year, the Blues Festival pays tribute to Durham’s rich musical heritage and provides the best in family entertainment.
